Background
As part of an ongoing (and, knowing me, never likely to be actually completed) project to put together a small-but serviceable French component to my Team Yankee collection, I’d decided to build a force based (predictably) around the Leclerc Tank Company Starter Set and a couple of boxes of AMX-30s.
I’d already decided that a single infantry platoon would be enough for my needs, but felt that they needed a little extra anti-tank punch, so it would be wise to purchase the two extra Milan teams for the unit. Fortunately, the AMX-10Ps, which I’d decided on over the VAB option for reasons given on that page, came with sufficient vehicles in a box to cover this upgrade; unfortunately, the Milan teams themselves only come in packs of 10, but as they’re relatively cheap, it was something I could live with.

Contents & Modelling
This little blister comes with 10 prone gunners in a single pose with separate Milan tubes, and 10 assistant gunners/loaders in two very similar poses, so there’s not going to be a lot of variety in the teams if you’re fielding them en masse. This shouldn’t be too much of a problem at this scale, but it’s worth bearing in mind. Obviously, there’s also the necessary 2-hole bases, and three sprues of base plugs, but no unit cards.
Cleanup and prep is minimal, as the moulds are nicely done.
Summary
Although these are perfect for my needs, as I’ll only ever be able to field two teams of them at a time, others might find the lack of variation in the figures a little disappointing. The absence of unit cards is the thing I miss, but it looks like Battlefront will be phasing these out in all but limited-run launch packs anyway, so it’s hardly surprising.
